Hello everyone, I'm an international student from India. I got accepted into the Masters in chemical engineering program at USC and UF, Gainesville. USC did not offer me any funding whatsoever while UF gave me a partial tuition waiver ($1500 per sem for a maximum of 3 semesters). My area of interest in transport phenomena and I intend on pursuing a PhD after the MS. Which one of these programs would you suggest I accept? Thanks for your advice!
