MPA/MPP Applications, Fall 2016 Start (Canada)

Hello everyone, Well I applied to 3 universities, Carleton Queen's and York.. which program do you think is the strongest? I'm looking for a program that has a good/great local and international reputation in case I choose to work outside of Canada. Additionally, U of Ottawa are still accepting applications to their MA in Public Administration program.. do you think I should apply? is it a good program? as I have not heard anything about it.. Thanks:)
