I was selected in IIT Chicago and accepted their offer. They have not provided me with any funding but have sent me an I20 with a SEVIS ID. I now have better offers from ASU, NCSU etc and these universities are asking me to submit a SEVIS transfer form or have IIT C cancel my SEVIS iD. What should I do?
