I just received an email from the school to check MySJSU for class registration date.

@Kristen Kay How did you receive the information about the Field Placement Fair? I haven't heard anything about it. Has anyone in the 3 year program receive anything other the admit letter?

If you are sending the director a request for status, I'd recommend a brief (a couple of sentences) refresh to why you believe the MSW program at SJSU is your top choice. Anything unique to this program that interest you or challenge you. All these are in your personal statement but they went through so many that it's hard to remember everything about every applicant.

@seaotter if you have already emailed your intent to enroll; you should soon receive by mail the Admit Letter with instruction to officially submit your intent to enroll and to sign up for orientation in the university website. My Admit Letter came about 2-3 weeks after I'd responded via email.

For those who have not heard back, have you tried contacting the director of the program and plead your case?

@ Mesanta thank you for checking up on the scholarships info. Let me know if you found any good ones. The status on MySJSU changed to Accepted:Classified. I also received by mail the Admit Letter and I also submitted my intent to enroll.

Does anyone know if there are scholarships other than the stipends that we could apply for at SJSU?

@seaotter does the acceptance note indicate the two year or three year program and which did you apply for?

I received an email from Dr. Wall. My status has not changed in MySJSU and no To Do's, yet. There is still hope so good luck to you all.
