Hello from China! I've also got the news that I've been put on the reserve list. And another Chinese girl got the same result. In fact I did send an email asking about my ranking, and I was only informed that mine wasn't bad at all. But I don't think there is a chance for me to get the funding.. Wish us all good luck!
