Thanks for your answer. I don't think so. On my CV I can honestly write that I attended the Master program, even if I do not have the Master (without being ambiguous of course). I see another solution, which could be to do 20 credits during the 3rd semester; do you know if this is an acceptable workload?

Hello, I'll be an exchange student next year (non-degree exchange graduate student) and I plan to reapply as a degree graduate student for Fall 2009. However, there seem to be a limit of 12 credit hours (1 semester) which can be transfered towards the degree program, which means that one of my semester would be lost. Do you know if this limit can be changed through a petition process or is it impossible to modify? Cheers!

Hi, I still have no answer for a MSc in CS at UIUC and the deadline was March 15th. I've seen that all the answer given after the 15th were "rejected". Is this a law ? :/ Marc
