Hello, I am an undergraduate student in IITM ( India's best ranked institute). I have a good CGPA, publication and projects. My project is based on the basic research but I want to do my higher studies in applied research. I would like to know about the chances of getting into one of the top 10 univs in USA for MS/ PhD in mechanical engineering and the areas i should focus on to get an admit into one of those univs, be it GRE or any.
