Dylan Samziki

Hi all, Does anyone know the difference between the Organizational Behavior PhD program and the Management PhD program at Harvard? I read through the entire HBS website and its PDF catalog to discern the difference but couldn't really tell. I'm interested in conducting research on ecology-based approaches to organizational change and development with a keen eye for diversity and equity. It's hard to tell which program is best suitable for my research interests. Thanks. Dylan.
