[Transferring to NYU Masters Program]

Hi! Does anyone know if it is possible to transfer from a different Master's program to NYU's General Psychology MA? 

[MA/MS General Psych Fall 2016 Admissions]

Currently waitlisted for NYU MA General Psychology. This is my absolute first choice and the wait is killing me! I am an international student who studied at Georgetown University. I have a very low GPA but my GRE scores are 155 for Verbal, 168 for Quantitive. I have 2 years of research experience (currently the lab manager) and also 1 year of clinical experience. I hope these qualifications will be sufficient to make up for the very low GPA.

I was wondering whether you accepted the offer or not. I am currently on the waitlist for this program's Social/Consumer Track. They told me to wait until May 1st to hear back but it's really nerve racking to wait without knowing anything about my likelihood of getting accepted.
