I would like to pursue MS in CS (data science) and have received admits from USC ( MS in CS (data science) ), UMTC (MS in CS (can take 2 electives in data science) and UCI (waiting for result) ( MS in CS with good concentration of ML and AI). I wanted to join USC as it has much higher ranking than the other two. However, I would like to take advice about the three choices keeping in view the possibility of good CPT and OPT, strength of course curriculum, internship. Does Alumni network play a role in the university selection. If this is included, then what would be the choices.
