To those of you who heard back from BU: has your status on the application website changed?

I'm an international student, currently doing my Bachelor's at a private university in the U.S. I've been admitted to a PhD program in a public university, and it occurred to me that my experience in that school might be very different from what I'm used to. How hard is it to get administrative stuff done in a public school? (I'm thinking of the torture of getting something done at the RMV for instance; how does it compare?)

Heyo! I'm a rising senior who will be applying to grad schools in the next cycle. I'm yet to start on my honors thesis, and will not complete it by the time I apply but I'm wondering if it's common for people to use excerpts of their senior theses as writing samples? If you've done this, how did you go about it?
