I am currently in second year of my B.A in international relations. I am studying in India. I wish to go abroad for masters preferably UK or US or Germany. I am really getting confused about the courses links on the internet and would really like to have a few opinions on the best universities in these places for studying IR or Human rights. Also I would like to know about the scholarship programs available and the requirements for them!
