Senior with Average GPA - Should I Take Extra Courses?

Hi All, I am entering my last undergraduate semester and would like to know if I should take extra courses to improve my cGPA. As it stands, I have a cGPA of 3.03 with a last 20 courses GPA of 3.2. I completed a directed study this past summer to demonstrate research ability and have international experience through study abroad and a practicum. Should I do more to to bolster my grades? Also, what are the chances of rejection with my current grades? I should add that I am planning to apply for an M.A. in International Studies or Development Studies. Thanks!
