Anyone heard from RISD Sculpture? I was told by the admissions office that they would be sending final decisions by the end of the month, but if someone's had an interview, I can at least assume a rejection and make some decisions. Finally got a rejection from CalArts yesterday as well.

Has anyone besides grad_wannabe heard from USC? I think its weird no one else has heard anything, considering that they supposedly sent letters out last week
I've not heard a thing. I thought that maybe since I'm on the east coast, I would have heard Thursday or even Friday of this week, but I haven't received anything. I'm assuming a rejection since I haven't been interviewed, but who knows. If it is a rejection, why not just send it now.

Has anyone called the admissions for any of the programs that have not yet responded? It sounds like no one has heard from RISD and I was thinking of giving them a ring to ask about when they would be making a final decision. I don't want to be yet another person calling them asking that question, so I figured I would check here first.
Haven't heard from USC, RISD sculpture, SAIC film&video, and Calarts film&video.

yes, it was into mfa fine art. not too disappointed. already got into some great schools, wasn't all that excited about cali.

Just got the rejection email from UCLA. I applied in their interdisciplinary area. It was an email that forwarded me to their website. So the count so far is:

CalArts (Film and Video) - I actually did hear from them. They gave me a call asking me to clarify the collaboration on one of the pieces in my portfolio. Very strange phone call that I completely bumbled through.

has anyone officially been accepted to columbia? i interviewed last week for the new genres department and haven't heard a thing. Anyone know what last year's response times were like?
