Hi, I've been wait-listed, too and I DO understand your feelings. In my situation, the accepted applicants are required to respond to the department by March 28th. If a space opened up, they would notify me right away. I have'nt heard any news so far. They will let me know on Monday, but I expect it will be a refusal notofication. You are DIFFERENT as you have a time. There is still hope. Everything comes those who wait. Good luck!!!

Thanks LeNea What I am worried is...since I haven't heard anything so far (probably I am way down on the waitlist?), I may have very slim chances to be accepted. "Good things come to those who wait" Hope I can get in UofT!!

I've received the email. I am writing to let you know that you have been placed on our waiting list for MA studies at the University of Toronto. If a place opens up we will let you know right away. Accepted students are required to respond to our offers by March 28th so you will hear again from us before or soon after that date. And I haven't heard any news so far.. Does it mean that I am rejected?
