No funding either HKS is my dream school. I don't know what to do. Scholarship programs and loans in my country could barely scratch the cost since our currency recently dipped against the USD. What a nightmare!

I got in - MPP! I can't believe it... I have been lurking this forum constantly --- received e-mail about HarvardKey, my status page changed last Saturday and stayed the same ever since (no links or contact information reappeared). So I agree with @Nozistin - there is NO correlation. I am so grateful, I can't even speak.
