Penn State University _MS in Structural Engineering

I wish to apply in Penn State University _MS in Structural Engineering but the deadline for application was 15-12-2016 for first batch of applicants and funding considerations. My GRE is 161 Quant,150 verbal and 3.5 English. GPA is 7.3/10 with 3.5 years of work exp. Please suggest what are my chances of getting an admit if I apply by 25-12-2016. Also suggest some good universities for my profile.
