Hey guys, Need to get back to Harris in a few hours so hoping for some help. Long story short, I was offered more money by the Harris School and now have a genuine choice. My question is, I'd like to get into international policy after graduation. Would being in DC during graduate school give me an edge or is the Harris brand name worth more than that.

Hey Guys, Has anyone received their official Scholarship awards letter from GWU? I received an e-mail two weeks ago detailing the scholarship amount and was told that " will receive a letter from the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences with the official details, but it could take several weeks. That letter will include a deadline by which you need to let us know your decision and accept our award."

Just checked my e-mail and I didn't get in. I'm super excited for everyone who did! Looks like I'll be heading to GWU in the fall (Super Excited!!!).

Offfff, I don't see that change in my portal page. That's a bit disconcerting.

In Asia and can't stay awake anymore. I guess I'll find out if I got in in the morning. :/

I'm also based in Asia. I've woken up to decision letters from all my schools so far. Thinking of staying up late tonight to see if I'll receive anything (hopefully 2am will do it).

@dwestlakeg I've been wait-listed at Georgetown, so that's not even an option for me yet. My options right now include Harris ($15K/ year) and GWU ($20K/ year). At this point, it looks like GWU is the only viable option (though Harris and GWU gave me similar amounts of funding, Harris is WAY more expensive). Unless I somehow get into Kennedy and (somehow) receive an amazing scholarship package, I'll be in DC this Fall (I'm honestly super excited about this option).

HI, I was wait listed as well (MPP). Even if I'm accepted, if I receive the funding that others seem to be receiving on this thread then there is no way that I'd be able to go.

Hey Guys, is anyone else still working on these HKS fellowship application essays? The panic-laden email reminders they send out on a daily basis aren't really helping much

Just received scholarship information a moment ago. I received $15,000 scholarship. Wondering if they give out anything more than that.

Yeah, received scholarship info via e-mail last night. Received 20K for the 1st year and 15K for the 2nd.

@nahuja32 Yeah, it's not fun. It's only frustrating because they gave us a specific time that we would receive our decisions.

Just recieved an email detailing the Merit Scholarship offer. Wondering if anyone ever receives full tuition.

Has anyone received a rejection e-mail yet? It's already past 5:30pm and I've received nothing (wondering if they send out the rejections at a later date).

I just checked the results page. Someone posted that they received a call already today (which is strange because according to their website they send out results on February 17th @ 5:30pm). My only thought is that they are based abroad (I myself am based in China), and it's already the 17th. Thoughts?
