I don't want to be annoying, but when can I legitimately start worrying? Two weeks have passed and no official email yet.

I'm in this Limbo where I don't know if I'm allowed to be happy (and then already to celebrate) or if I should say nothing because they might still change their decision. It's almost 2 weeks!

God, I'm not the only one then. In the morning I'm all "Oh, they said yes I have only to wait, you know, bureaucracy and stuff", in the evening "They have changed their minds, oh my God they have changed their minds".
