So I've had a journal submission accepted and I've finished addressing the reviewer's notes, but I'm confused about style/formatting. The journal uses Chicago and I've gotten that in order, but the formatting sample the editors sent me is a published article from their last issue. Complete with columns, headings, etc. I always thought that was handled by the copy editor once all of the finished articles were in? I dropped a subtle question in my last email to the editors about columns but they didn't respond to it. I feel like I should probably know what to do here but I'm totally lost. Any advice???
