I studied Political Theory ( Masters) at The University of Manchester,UK. I want to apply for PhD programs in Philosophy. I do not know where to start from. Should I take GRE General? Would it really take time to prepare for it? what are the average grades to get into a PhD? I am looking forward to your comments.
