Hey guys! I've applied to two schools already (with one more school I'm applying to shortly), and they say they'll send out notices in March. I haven't sent either school a status inquiry. Do you think I should? Is it proper, or would it annoy them? I hadn't realized this was an option until I joined here and started reading through the forums. I'm in Canada if it makes any difference. What does one say in that sort of e-mail?

I would absolutely take the debt at my dream school. It's an amazing thing to study what you love, and I'd hate to graduate with even only $11k in debt if I knew I didn't want the degree in the first place.
