I have got acceptances in both Rutgers and JHU with teaching assistantships at both places. I have more inclination to pursue Condensed matter theory. I wish to know where my grad school life would be best ( personal and professional ) taking into account all criteria: department reputation and connections, research advising, living expenses, security, housing, job prospects etc.
