  1. Now that it is April 15 week, any insider information on how yield etc is looking like this year, despite there being no point in worrying due to the arguments above... ?
  2. Batignolles, I think you are spot on in pointing this out. Ah well, there is no point in trying to guess. The only course of action is to Zen out and wait for the outcome that is ordained.
  3. There's a few of us on here on the WWS waitlist, with circa 1.5 months of agonised waiting before the axe falls. I wondered whether anyone had an intuitive sense of the prospects this year? A scan of last year's messages (as well as 78% yield) on the same topic suggest that one might rationally assume that a WWS waitlist = a 'soft reject' but, of course, hope springs eternal in the human heart... I look forward to commiserating with all of you ciao!
  4. Me too! AARGH
  5. Well, it would be methodologically unsound to assume anything about trends / their notification algorithm from what you see either on the forum, or the results database because there is no way we can assume statistical representativeness (apologies for bad nerd joke)
  6. PolicyGuy101: here's hoping that you are right. However, it does baffle me that if they 'auto program' the emails to be sent out (it beggars belief to think that some poor sod was sitting in the Admissions Office sending out emails at 12am-1:30am EST) why they couldn't be sent out in one go? I am terribly confused: I am also currently in a EST + 11 hrs time zone waiting to board a flight to a beach holiday... so, odd juxtaposition of matters. Very good luck all!
