[Education Policy, Erasmus Mundus vs Rutgers]

Hi guys
I got into Erasmsus Mundus' education policy for global development program, it includes the university of oslo, university of amsterdam, university of barcelona & the university of barcelona.
I have also gotten into Rutgers (the new jersey state college) in its masters in public policy program ( i can specialize in education policy here)

I have full funding in both programs and reside in pakistan (so ill have to move either way). What should i chose, I am really confused.

Hi, i got in the learning, design & technology program. Will be coming from pakistan. Definitely looking for housing inside stanford, the rest of the options seem pretty expensive. 
The best option seems like the escondido village housing.
