Finally, got rejected by Penn State today for CS PhD. I emailed the graduate director last friday that I have offers from other schools and requested for a decision before 4/15.....I did mention in my email that I am still very much interested in their Phd program.....but it looks like they didn't care a bit about it..... anyway, now that they've rejected...it's less complicated to make a final decision....The clouds are clearing around the University of Arizona.....
