    Hi,
    I know everybody hates profile evaluation threads but because of my unusual stats, I don't know which school is reach or safety to me. What do you think about my chances? Are there any schools that you consider applying as a waste of money for me? I am open to any suggestions. Thank you. 
    Undergrad: Foreign (Top 10 in Eastern Europe and Central Asia)
    Major: Mathematics
    GPA: 2.8 (6th out of 50)
     
    Masters: The Same Institution
    Major: Mathematics 
    GPA: 3.4 
     
    Type of Student: International male
     
    GRE: Going to take next week. Expecting V:150, Q:170, AW:3
    MGRE: Going to take in September. Expecting at least 840 (85%)
    IELTS: 7,5/9 (L8, R8, W7, S7)
    Program Applying: PhD in Mathematics with Probability Concentration
    Research Experience: An undergrad thesis, a master's thesis and an independent study (preprint)
    Awards/Honors/Recognitions: National scholarship
    Pertinent Activities or Jobs: TA (2 years), Tutor (1 year)
    Any Miscellaneous Points that Might Help: 30 something Math courses, 10 of which are grad. 
    Any Other Info That Shows Up On Your App and Might Hurt: I know my uGPA is killing me but it is because of the grading policy of my institution and my professors will mention this in their LoR.
