Hi all, I recently submitted PhD thesis for examination. I have applied to several jobs prior to submitting the thesis but got rejected by employers. The reason for rejection was because I am overqualified for the job position. I am wondering based on your experiences, what did you do while waiting for final verdict from examiners?
