Do I have a shot getting into grad school

Hi everyone. Beginning the application process and am very nervous. My GRE scores are 155 in verbal, 150 in quant., 4.5 in writing. My cumulative is only a 3.4. I've been shadowing SLPs for the past 3 summers, worked in a Language and Cognition lab, and was a TA for a course in teaching special education. Is it possible these extracurriculars can sway an acceptance into grad school? And do I have a shot at all? Thanks!!
