Hi everyone , I have applied to several different French PhD programs, including Yale (just got my rejection letter) and Columbia. I haven't heard anything yet from Columbia regarding a follow-up interview, should i be worried?

Hi, I am applying for several French PHD programs, and was wondering if I have to fill out and submit a FAFSA form even if the programs are fully funded? I never submitted FAFSA during my undergraduate studies so am unsure as to how the whole FAFSA process works. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
