Has anyone heard from Harvard's ethnomusicology department (interview or acceptance) I have an offer from another school but I don't want to accept yet becuase Harvard is my top choice. I'm an international student and I want to accept an offer on a March 1st so I can start working on all the documents I need as well as my visa application. Do you think I should just assume that Harvard would be a rejection and accept the other offer or wait a bit? They are really taking forever and I'm beginning to think it's a rejection. I'm tired of refreshing my email every hour.
Hi. I am an international student as well. I think you should wait a bit longer. Even if you start your I-20 documents end of March you will be fine to apply for the f1 visa

Has anyone heard from Harvard GSAS concerning Ethnomusicology. I've had interviews with all the other 3 schools I applied to and an offer from one but I still haven't heard from Harvard. Does this mean a rejection since I haven't even been contacted for an interview? I wish they would hurry up so I can decide whether to accept the offer from the other school. Also, i've been ivited for the Graduate student visit from that school and since I'm an international student, I would rather combine all visits rather than travel to the US multiple times in March.
A friend got an acceptance from Harvard but I am not sure if they have finished the procedure. Congrats on your acceptance. Where else did you apply?

I asked UC Berkeley today and they told me that people that are gonna be admitted will be notifies end of March. I don't know though... it looks weird . I'm not sure if they confused undergrad applications.
