well i was among the few candidates--though no offer of admissions has been given--to come visit campus next week. already been interviewed, being reimbursed, too. so very much confused but taking it as positive.

Hi! Not applying to French programs but this thread has apparently been a haven for all language folks. I'm applying to German programs and was just invited to an on campus visit. But it's next week and next week is only the third week of my final semester and I am unsure A) if I can justify missing classes so early and if not going hurts my chances of being accepted. There were only three other persons on the email request for the visit so. Thought I'd pop in and ask! Seeing all y'alls acceptances makes my heart happy! Congrats!

Interview scheduled with faculty I am interested in. Only thing I have heard so far.

I think the only overlap for me is Northwestern. The rest of my apps were to UCSB, UCI, and two more places for different programs
