NYU Deposit is $200

I got admitted to NYU Steinhardt MM in Theory and Composition. They want me to pay them a partial non-refundable tuition deposit if I accept the offer by April 15th. I called Steinhardt financial aid office and they told me that I won't know of my financial aid award until June because they start processing those things in May. I did my FAFSA in January. How am I supposed to make my decision??? Did anyone else get into Steinhardt and waiting for the financial aid award letter? FYI, I got rejected from: UC Berkeley, UC San Diego, Columbia, USC, Indiana, I'm on waiting list for Mills. (master's in composition)
