Have any of the finalists received any further contact/information (email, usps or otherwise) regarding the next steps?

"EEP! I got the call! I gave a cautious "woo hoo!" Does anyone know who official this unofficial phone call is? i.e do people ever not receive the fellowship once they've made it to this point, as the handbook calls it the "finalist" stage?

I love that everyone here is just as neurotic as I am! (I mean that in the nicest way possible of course!) good luck to everyone! Here's hoping that NSF didn't just put that site maintenance post up to mess with us!
