Thank you for sharing your backround. My experience is kind of same.  Did you applied for part time or fulltime?

It sounds like not many people have heard yet, i'm sure they'll do another wave of emails soon! I applied for Full-time.

No background in HI really. I did my BScNursing and have been working on a medical unit as an rn in a tech based hospital for a little over 2 years. I also took professional development courses (intro to database development and into to sql) from waterloo. I applied the last week of Jan for Waterloo and mid Dec for McMaster.

Also I don't believe Waterloo does interviews. I only received an acceptance letter and conditional on them receiving a sealed transcript by the beginning of April.

I have applied for eHealth and I am waiting for the results. Do you know how this program is useful? Is it ok for finding a good job after graduation?

I received an email today and have an interview for next weekend from McMaster's eHealth program. I have already been accepted to University of Waterloo's MHI program. I was wondering the same thing. Would it be more beneficial in terms of obtaining a job to have a MHI vs MSc in eHealth? I have seen a lot of job postings asking for a MHI, but fewer for MSc/ehealth. I know that courses/focus/experience play a large role but will one be overlooked vs another, especially internationally?

  5. I was accepted to Waterloo MHI program Feb 6th. I just received an email today from McMaster for an interview for next weekend! Quick question, my acceptance letter from waterloo required me to accept or decline their offer no later then 2 weeks after receiving the admission letter. What did everyone else do who is still waiting to hear back from their other schools? I already accepted as I was happy with attending either school, however now that I received an interview  from McMaster I am wondering if I still have options if I were to receive an offer from McMaster. Are there rules to declining once you've already accepted and choosing a different school? Not even sure if I would even consider this, just wondering what my options are incase.
