There are some cross-listed courses at LSU that are in English but the majority of classes are completely in French.

Hi, that was me! I haven’t posted on here before but I read this forum fairly often. I interviewed on campus and I knew that some other people I interviewed with had been accepted so I emailed the graduate coordinator. I was suffering as well since it is my first choice. I got a fairly quick response that I was first on the waitlist. You should definitely shoot them a quick email or call, they were very cool about it. Bonne chance!
