My name is Tom and I'm currently conducting some research into graduates' experience of the assessment process. The survey is mostly looking at people who have completed online assessments (ability tests, situational judgement tests etc).
The survey takes about 15-20 minutes, and all the demographic questions are completely optional, so don't worry about disclosing any personal information you don't want to.
