Hi guys! I hope you are all happy about the admission results. I couldn't go to any of the visiting weekend due to some personal issues I'm wondering if anyone is willing to share their thoughts/plans on any of the following:
1. How was the visiting weekend?
2. Are you going to participate in a summer research and with whom?
3.Your POI? Mine is in the theoretical field. Most people are interested in organic synthesis/catalysis I assume?
4. Shall we have a meet-up for all the new Chem PhD students before the program starts officially? I'm from Canada so not familiar with greater NY area at all.
