Hi, it's MSE/Chemistry

Hi everyone, now I fortunately get 2 PhD offers and have to make a decision. I plan to focus in electronics materials or device in graduate study. I prefer industry after graduation, but academia is ok for me. Although the research I will do in these two university is rather similar, I wonder if a EE degree will be better when I'm searching for a job. Thank you very much.
