I am an international from Hong Kong and want to peruse my masters in Engineering Management. I got accepted by University of Toronto and Univeristy of British Columbia. But I declined UBC’s offer cause my course preference is in U of T. I did not apply to the states but on a second thought, I would want to study in the US. I am specifically looking at USC or Perdue for Engineering Management. I have to accept U of T’s offer in 4 days! Is U of T comparable to top US Universities?
