I want to apply for a scholarship, but I honestly do not understand the question they want me to answer, namely "Why do you need this scholarship?". Should I explain to them why I financially need it, or why I need to attend that degree in general? Talk about my past experience and achievements or plans for the future? I have been thinking and getting nowhere. How would you answer it?
