Just now I received MEng from Cornell...What about this?

Cost is not a problem. For me, it's difficult to choose because UCLA has the highest rank in CS, but Columbia and Yale are Ivy schools, also it seems that Yale has a small CS department, so I'm wondering if CS@Yale is underestimated by USNews rank because of its comparison methodology? I'll be thankful for any information
