I want to add that a lot of lab mandatory coursework is needed in my Pharmacy school (more than 1,500 hours in total). I don't know if that would help, but I put a document together with all the projects/classes. We pretty much had lab every afternoon.

Thinking about retaking it, but my native language is not English so I honestly don't know if it will get any better.

Please I really need advice. This is my first time ever applying to an American University, so any help is more than welcome. Being an international student makes everything 100x harder... Also, any suggestions of good Cancer-related schools are more than welcomed (I might be aiming too high). Thank you so much!
