Lack of research experience
The reason why I apply to Canadian university is because it is more likely to get funding for master's degree.
However, if my profile is acceptable enough, I also plan to apply to direct PhD programs in USA after taking GRE.
So, I would like to ask if it seems there is any possibility to get funding from those Canadian universities and
if my profile is enough to apply to direct PhD programs in mid-ranking USA universities.
