Didn't get any financial aid

a friend of mine just received 25% of tuition waiver email from Hertie

hello, from the posts i read in last year, I found that Hertie will usually only offer 50% tuition waiver as financial aid. does anyone know how many people will be allocated for 100% including Hertie scholarships?

any idea how to apply for Hertie scholarship? I thought we do not have to submit anything except clicking "yes" in the online application

Just got a rejection email from Hertie on DAAD too
