Is there anybody who is going to Purdue?

I applied to Transportation as a part of Civil engineering. You can find a couple topic here from CE applicants.

I applied to Purdue PhD, was accepted to Master + funding // civil engineering

hm.. I have been accepted to Missuri Un for Ms too. Why Ms? I applyed to PhD Something wrong with me and my foriegn diploma...

Have got acceptance from Purdue but Master, not PhD. As dar as funding for Master not so often - it look likes rejection :-(

My research interests focuses on the relationships between optimization of transportation and travel behavior. But I am open for something new. I would like to prolong and extend my research. But it will be interesting for me to add to my work parking problem and Intelligent Transportation Systems! In UC Irvin I am interested in working under Michael G. McNally or Jean-Daniel Saphores advising.

Hi, I am applying to Transportation too (mostly as a part of Civil). And I am also interested in University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, University of California Irvine. But my profile is very poor and prefer not to publish it here. That way I am not your competitor, I suppose. As far as I am international applicant I consider myself as not strong candidate. Why you do not apply to Davis and UCLA and Berkeley as a part of Institute of transportation science? I wish you good luck and hope that we will meet each other on some transport conference soon!

You mean - transportation and optimisation oа traffic flow? The most appliance - other engineering... And I can not find a lot of transportation person here. I have got one unofficial acceptance now (University of Missouri), waiting for funding.

I have not found any topic for CEE but I would not be able to be alone anymore. I have completed all my application (14) in the end of November and two of them still not confirm that my application is complete. But! I have one before New Year unofficial application from my 12-th choice :-) (information about funding will be later). I have got that it was one acceptance to Purdue on CEE in the Result Search :-(, and Purdue is one of my application and main choice. My application is not very good - this is the reason why I nervouse so much. Dear future CEE post graduate students, lets share our waiting fears and wait for good result - together. P.S.: my research interest is Transportation - not so popular, I suppose...
