From which funding egency? NSERC or others?

As far as I have heared the decission letters have been mailed 29 March. I donot know why we have not recieved any things. the approximate delivery time of regular mail is about 4 days. I would like to assume that I have been rejected since I donot like to think about that

Have anybody in Vancouver recieved the Vanier Final Result, by mail or through University?tnx
