  1. I honestly would suggest any and all MSW programs in the Bay Area. I went to CSUEB and was able to lock down a job before I graduated. I'm very happy with my education there and still stay in contact with some of my professors. SFSU has gone through a lot of problems I have heard. Also, CSUMB is a shit show. If I could give you advice about an MSW program to stay away from, stay away from CSUMB and SFSU. Both are incredibly corrupted in their system. CSUMB is not taken seriously whatsoever in the social work community. Put your money and time elsewhere. I've heard good things about UC Berkeley (obviously) and SJSU. I would check those out.
  2. I get the feeling that you are asking this question because you don't know where to find that information? The truth is, is that CSUMB does not have a concentration in anything. No mental health. No policy. No community work. Nothing. The program itself shouldn't even exist. From what I have heard, the program is an absolute disaster and is regarded so poorly and is looked at as a laughing stock in the social work community. Do not be a part of the laughing stock and don't make a joke out of yourself and your education. Look elsewhere. Take my advice.
