Hey Frog81. No I got 3 reviews, Good/VeryGood/Excellent with highly varied opinions on all three categories (Merit, Commitment to Envir. Career, and Broader Impacts). I don't think I even had that panel review. As for why it took long to get to me, not sure, maybe because of FON? I noticed the E1 people getting rejections around the same time too. Hope this helps!

^ I hope you're not discouraged from continuing the Ph.D because of these fellowships. They are kind of a crap shoot anyway. Some reviewer reads it and thinks its the best application ever and another can think it's average at best. That's from what I can tell with the NSF review sheets haha

Rejected here too. Any winners from Chemistry? Just curious...

How did you guys get information out of them? I just called and the lady would not budge. She wouldn't tell me my results and said "you're just going to have to wait til you get the notification." She also said they were DONE making decisions. Doesn't look good...oh well life goes on. Congratulations if you got it!
