Currently, I am enrolled in an online program. I want to apply to another on-campus for some reason. I am afraid that the admission committee or school graduate student administration department of the on-campus program will find my online master enrollment and waive my right to enroll in the on-campus one. for some reason like we can not accept doing two degrees in one time. So my question is:
1. will they really check my educational background
2. If they really check, can they access a system that reveals my enrollment in another school(online master)
3. If they know, will it hurt? should I conceal this purposely?
Hi I am an international student getting my bachelor's degree this year with computer engineering
I intend to dive into biophysics academia in the future.
But I do not have any physics courses on my transcript.
In the future graduate application, Can I demonstrate my interest and ability on physics by having the GRE physics like 90% or above and my self-documented course learning experience like Scott Young on MIT open course website?
Yeah, All I do is to avoid doing another undergrad for physics. It's just way too slow and I need to always keep an eye on GPA. I do not like it..... But if that's the only choice. Ummm I will think twice
I am curious about your opinion~ Thanks for your time~
Hi, I am interested in applying to the neuroscience master in Germany, which are all two-year international program taught in English(4 semesters). The first 18 months, they take courses. The later 6 months, they are required to finish a research thesis. I am not sure if emailing the professor will boost my chance of getting into this type of program. It would be great if you can help me a little bit.
